This fine silver evening purse is styled after the famous Coronation Egg. Peter Carl Fabergé made it for the Tzar to present to his Tzarina on his coronation day in 1898.
The purse is made of fine silver, engine turned, and then embellished with our custom gold plated castings. The double eagles are cloisonné using black enamel. Each eagle is centered with a small diamond. The entire purse is enameled with a special translucent gold baked enamel.
