Lena's Gold

This jewelry box was lovingly made for a friend of Vivian Alexander as a token of appreciation. The design has a hint of old Russia as well as a salute to the sunflower. The base of the jewelry box is made of fine silver and it rests on three custom designed feet of gold plated pewter. The inside is lined with sand washed silk and the inside top has the Vivian Alexander hallmark beveled mirror affixed. The translucent gold enamel does an excellent job of displaying the intricate guillocheì pattern that is engraved into the base silver.
