Romanov Eagle Crest Pin

Royal Romanov double-headed Eagle Crest lapel pin. This Crest was often used by Faberge on jewelry and sculptures that were destined for the Royal family. Additionally Faberge used the Crest on the display boxes used for the gifts made on order of the Royal family. The pin is custom cast by Vivian Alexander and plated with 24k gold. Black enamel fills the cloisonne cavities of the piece and centered on the crest is a two millimeter faceted lead crystal. The dimensions of the crest are 12 mm by 11 mm.
