Art of The Egg Classes

Vivian Alexander’s very popular Art of the Egg Classes are usually scheduled for groups of six to fifteen and last for about three hours. Both beginners and experienced artists enjoy the creative process of egg decorating.

Each student is given a large goose egg (approximately 6-inches in height) mounted on a gold Vivian Alexander stand. All tools and materials are provided. Students choose from a large selection of gold chains, colored and crystal prong-set chains, a wealth of gold findings, flatback stones, and crystals. (Students who prefer to paint or decoupage their egg should bring their own materials to do so.) While students design their eggs individually, the staff is available to assist in the logistics of the creation process.

After designs are finalized, students choose the enamel colors, which are applied by the staff in the VA studios. The completed eggs can be picked up a week to ten days after the class.

Art of The Egg Class Fee: $175 per person
